Moonlight Creamery was founded in July, 2007, by neighbors Heidi Grenek and Jeff Seidel. It was started with the goal to develop a community gathering place – one that Fairport could be proud of. As professionals in their respective industries, Jeff and Heidi also saw Moonlight Creamery as a way to give back to the next generation of workers by giving them opportunities to learn business skills, experiment with entrepreneurship, and develop a sound work ethic that will carry them throughout their work life. Moonlight Creamery is also for-profit enterprise that seeks to role model sustainable business practices and to demonstrate you can do well by doing good.
