From our beginning, Moonlight Creamery has embraced our social responsibility to give back to the community from which we draw our employees, our customers and our freedom to conduct business.  Our charitable efforts reflect our belief that a successful company must be an active participant in society.  However, we receive several requests every month for donations to many worthy causes.  We simply cannot afford to honor every request.  To help us to decide which charities to support,  we have implemented a “donation request” process.  To participate,  you must be a registered Decadence Club member.  If you would like us to consider your charitable event as a candidate for our donations,  please fill out a donation request form and mail the completed form to our address or drop it off at the store.  We will consider all charitable donation requests to Section 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organizations that align with our mission statement.  Donation requests must be made using this form and must be received no later than the first of the month in which the event takes place and/or two weeks prior to the event (whichever is sooner).

Recipients will be notified via email. Each donation will be for no more than $50 worth of desserts or a $50 gift certificates only.
