As a Moonlight Creamery team member,  your job is to create a “Fifteen Minute Vacation” for every customer that walks in the door by delivering the efficient, effective and predictable service that our customers have come to expect. You must be bright and outgoing, with infectious enthusiasm for our products and our brand and must be able to connect with all types of customers. We’ve got a smooth-running team behind the counter, so you’ve got to work well with other people, always communicating in a positive manner with managers and coworkers.  When there is “down time” in the store,  our expectation is that you will stay active and engaged, whether that means keeping the store sparking clean, restocking the shelves, or even identifying and executing new product and service ideas.
