Scholarship Day When we founded Moonlight Creamery in 2007, one of our goals was to support the education of the youth in our community, by providing experiential entrepreneurship learning opportunities and through direct financial support of educational endeavors. Therefore, it is with great excitement and pride we annually host Moonlight Creamery Scholarship Day. The event raises funds for college bound Moonlight Creamery employees and for a scholarship for a deserving local high school senior entering college. During the all day event, Moonlight Creamery donates the use of the store to college-bound employees. The students are responsible for all event planning, marketing, and operations. All profit from the day’s sales funds scholarships for the employees and the general scholarship. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals. As a sponsor, you will be visibly and actively supporting the pursuit of higher education for young people in our community.
